1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIMES
The earrings offered by Like a Feather are available while stocks last. If, despite our vigilance, a product is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. In this case, you may choose to cancel your order and obtain a refund of the sums already paid.
If a product is unavailable, you can pre-order it. The estimated delivery date will be indicated on the product page.
2. DELIVERIES/SHIPPING
Products are shipped within Belgium, the European Union and internationally. Delivery is made to the address given when the order was placed. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes. Delivery times are indicative and are provided by our transport partners (BPost, GLS, DHL, etc.).
The customer must provide complete and accurate information concerning the delivery address (street number, access code, etc.). In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 7 working days in relation to the chosen deadline, and if the product has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel your order by registered letter and request a refund.
In the event of a damaged parcel, you must report the situation to Like a Feather and the carrier within 3 days of receipt.
3. METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payments are made by credit card or via PayPal. The cards accepted are :
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Bank card
The amount of the order will be debited after validation. Payment is secure and guaranteed by an encryption protocol (SSL).
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the order. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unused, accompanied by the returns slip.
- Personalised products: No returns or exchanges will be accepted for personalised products (e.g. engraved initials, specific order, etc.).
- Return costs: Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of defective products or error on our part.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
5. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The security of your personal data is a priority. All information is protected by SSL encryption, guaranteeing the confidentiality of your data. In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data. 6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
All our products comply with current standards. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer may invoke the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects. We undertake to repair or exchange defective products as soon as possible.
Like a Feather cannot be held responsible in the event of delay or damage caused by a third party carrier.
7. PRICES
Product prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include VAT for sales within the European Union. Prices are exclusive of tax for sales outside the EU. Customs duties or other taxes may apply depending on the country of delivery and are payable by the customer.
8. REFUSAL OF ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse any order for the following reasons:
- Product not available in stock
- Error in the bank details provided
- Order detected as potentially fraudulent
9. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact our customer service department to try to find an amicable solution. If an amicable agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.
